Our story

A family business that shows its work

Kincaide started in 1995 as a family roofing business in Metro Detroit, and it still is one. More than 30 years later we work across Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties, and Southfield, sitting right where Oakland County meets Detroit, is close to the center of the area we serve.

Scott, the owner, is on the job. He walks the roof with you before anything is quoted, and he is the one you talk to when something comes up. Our crews photograph every step: the old roof, the decking underneath, any problem found along the way and the finished work. On a Southfield house that has been re-roofed a few times, that matters, because what is under the shingles is rarely what anyone expects. If we find soft wood or a hidden leak, you see it before we go further.
